Our Commitment

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to account for travel and preparation time, the following cancellation policy applies to all mobile massage appointments:

Booking Cancelation

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a service fee.
  • If you cancel 2–4 hours before your appointment, there is typically a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel 1–2 hours before, there is usually a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel less than 1 hour before or no-shows, you will be charged the full price of the massage.

    • Payments

    Payments may be made directly through our website. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit and debit cards, WooPay, PayPal, and more. If you prefer an alternative option, you may call to book your appointment and pay a minimum deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, prior to the start of any services.
